2. About FMI Seminars

FMI Seminars provides professional education seminars in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS) and related clinical education for healthcare and movement professionals in Australia. Course content, instructors, venues, and schedules are described on the relevant course pages and may be updated from time to time.

3. Use of the Website

Course bookings and payments are processed through Ticket Tailor. By completing a booking, you also agree to Ticket Tailor's applicable terms and any course-specific booking conditions shown at checkout. In general:

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated
  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any stated course prerequisites
  • Course fees, inclusions, and Prague School registration requirements (where applicable) are as stated on the booking page

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

Unless a specific course page or Ticket Tailor listing states otherwise:

  • Refund requests made at least 30 days before the course start date may be considered
  • Refunds within 30 days of the course start date are generally not available, except where required by law
  • Course dates, instructors, and venues may change with reasonable notice
  • If a course is cancelled by FMI Seminars, we will offer a refund or transfer option where reasonably practicable

Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Professional Responsibility

Our courses are educational. Participation does not create a clinical relationship between FMI Seminars and patients of attendees. Participants remain responsible for complying with their own professional registration, scope of practice, and workplace requirements when applying course material.

7. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, and course materials provided by FMI Seminars remain the property of FMI Seminars or the relevant rights holders (including DNS / Prague School and MPI materials where applicable). Course materials may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission, except as expressly allowed for personal learning use during the course.
